My wife and I started looking for a new home today!
In searching for a home it is always smartest (no pun intended) to buy where the good schools are located. So I looked up API scores for schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District and ranked them. Once I have the city for all three of the highest ranked elementary, middle and high schools picked out I can start looking to see what the houses are priced at. I will share my results soon.
